Every Wyrmworks print is inspected before it ships. But 3D printing is a craft, and sometimes things aren't perfect. If your print arrives with a defect, damage, or just doesn't meet your expectations, here's what to do:
No need to return the original print. Seriously — keep it, give it away, use it as a tiny doorstop. We just want to get you a print you love.
Changed your mind? No problem — you can cancel your order anytime before printing starts for a full refund.
Once printing has started, we can't cancel the order. Since every print is made to order, we've already committed the time and material. We hope you understand — this is a one-printer shop, and every print is made just for you.
When a refund is issued (for cancellations or other qualifying reasons), it's processed within 3-5 business days back to your original payment method. You'll get an email confirmation when the refund is on its way.
